Cuba and Swedish writer Azorín Fallas turn off their lights in protest

Since yesterday the ignitions of the illuminations of the Falla Sueca-Literato Azorín and Cuba-Literato Azorín have been suspended temporarily.

This is a way to put pressure on the Council so they grant them as quickly as possible the license to sell food products and that, to date, they have not.

Ignitions represent an economic cost very high, and due to the impediments for installation jobs markets, food, drinks and fritter stalls, have been forced to temporarily suspend ignitions.

The Falla Sueca-Literato Azorín said that keep the lights burning daily is a very high cost and that they will decide daily if ignited the streets the next day.
