The evening of January 23, Sara Micó Cuenca and Irene Luque Herrero have fulfilled the dream of sitting on the throne as Fallera Mayor and Fallera Mayor Infantil of the Falla Sueca-Literato Azorín, for this year.
The noble Hall of the Mediterraneo restaurant in Albal, was the venue chosen for so solemn act. After the arrival of the Commission, the outgoing Falleras Mayores, María Díaz and Candela Martinez-Murga, received his homage to follow with the imposition of the band and the joy that is credited to the new representatives.
Accompanied by his child President, Nicolas Micó Cuenca, Irene received the affection of all attendees to become the maximum representative of the Committee on child.
Juanjo Micó, José Pedro Ros, Pedro Luque and Juanjo Garcia, Presidents of the Commission, accompanied Sara on stage at the time of her investiture as Fallera Mayor.
After a show of light and music, typical of the Commission holding first prize of lighting, came the speech of the maintainer, the Hon. Mr. D. Carlos Falcó, Marqués de Griñón, who, in a simple and emotional extolled the new falleras mayores with his words.
